Founder
James Kennedy is a seasoned real estate developer and master carpenter whose career began with a deep appreciation for history and craftsmanship. He gained early recognition for restoring historic properties with a focus on both architectural integrity and financial viability. Today, he continues to blend his respect for heritage with a strong commitment to sustainability—evident in initiatives like opening a community garden, converting all vehicles (save for his motorcycle) to electric, and planting hundreds of trees on land in Green County. When he’s not revitalizing buildings or investing in greener communities, James finds joy in gardening, backpacking, reading, and most of all, spending time with his daughter.
